In the past ten years, Rong Cheng has achieved many important milestones. Since year 2003, Rong Cheng has been led by CEO Paul Zhang. Under his modern and proficient administration, Rong Cheng is being transformed to an interstate wholesaler and distributor as it enters into a new era.
In 2007, Rong Cheng developed a new franchise model and established an 85,000 square-foot U.S. headquarters facility in the Greater Los Angeles region. The headquarters has 4 large coolers that comply with the nation's highest hygiene standards of food safety (HACCP).

Rong Cheng in the U.S. consists of seven branches and companies providing complete coverage of the West Coast region, as well as having established a seafood distribution center in New York City. After ten years of development, Rong Cheng Trading has become the U.S. West Coast's largest Asian food wholesaler and distributor.
The Rong Cheng group includes Mountain Food LLC, Paragon Provisions LLC, Win Woo Food LLC, Lucky Food LLC., Always Best, Big Sea Trading LLC, R&C Trading LLC, and UASE Trading LLC, and employs more than 300 people. From meager beginnings in 1999, Rong Cheng has grown in sales to more than 200 million USD in 2008, with a market network covering the entire United States.
